Two things I like to share with clients when they enquire about mentoring — every consultation is different, and it isn’t for everyone. My professional and personal experiences will be different to others and so will my advice, and that’s ok. The important thing for me is that we’re the right fit and ultimately have the same values.
I’ve 4 core beliefs which shape my mentoring style. Hopefully these give you an idea of what to expect;
01. Online doesn’t have to mean technical or complicated. I make a point of keeping our dialogue jargon-free, so you can understand my feedback at every stage.
02. I’m always transparent from the get-go - being aligned with your priorities and expectations is really important to me, and making sure they are realistic is a big part of that.
03. I make it my business to know your business inside and out, so that you can be sure our work together is an extension of your branding and mission.
04. Our sessions are led by you - I don’t do the work for you. My role is to give advice and recommendations and offer my expertise where I think I it will benefit you. You will leave our sessions with clarity and a clear plan of action to work on, on your terms.
How does it work?
Each session is 1.5 hours long and split into three focus points so that our time together is the most valuable to you. Prior to the call I’lll ask for some info around you, your business and your end goal, whether that be a website launch or online project of sorts, so I can get some background on where you’re at before we meet. We’ll use the last 10 minutes of the call for questions and a round up.
Review — 20 minutes
We will spend the first 20 minutes discussing your business and the challenges you are facing in more detail - this is where you get really clear on where you are and where you want to be. This then sets the foundations for the rest of our time together as we start to think about the actions you need to put in place.
Align — 30 minutes
Next we will dive into your goals and align on your priority. Note I use the singular word - It’s important to recognise that the urge to do everything all at once, can often have the opposite result. Here we weigh up and align on what is your lowest hanging fruit, your most realistic opportunity and the thing that is going to bring the most value to your business.
Action — 30 minutes
This is where the magic happens. With my support, you will build out a step by step action plan and start to visualise a clear view of the big picture for your business, that you can go away and work on immediately in your own time.

Who is mentoring for?
My sessions are for any small business owner ready to get clear, take responsibility and take action to get their online business to the next level. I recommend that, before booking your session, you make sure you have some availability for a week or two after our session so that you have space and time to action everything we discuss. If you’re unsure whether it’s for you please just get in touch and we can chat.
How much does each session cost?
Each 90 minute session is £120 and can be booked and paid for directly below. You can also choose from mentoring packages which all include a value saving.
What do the sessions include?
Each sessions includes one 90 minute 1:1 video call and a plan of action follow up via email, including 3 actionable steps to work on, in your own time. I also offer whatsapp 1:1 support for the week after our call so you you can feel confident in your action plan and be kept accountable.
What do I need to get started?
First up.. a can-do attitude! Next.. a clear idea of what you want to work on. This might be creating a website launch plan, overhauling your website content or SEO, launching an online store, re-designing an old website or driving more people to your site. If you’re unsure whether I can help or not please just get in touch.
