How do I contact you?

Where are you based?

I live in leafy Surrey with my pup Vinnie. As all of my work with clients can be done online, I am lucky enough to connect with people all over the country quite easily.

At the moment all of my clients are based in the UK but I'd be happy to speak to anyone looking for support outside of the UK. Please just get in touch via the details on the Contact page.

What is eCommerce consultancy and mentoring?

My role as an eCommerce consultant and mentor is to help you achieve your desired goal by offering my experience, expertise and advice. Whether that's launching a new website, growing visitors, overhauling your email strategy, by giving you the tools and confidence to believe in your mission, my role is help you put the steps in place to get there.

eCommerce mentoring is led by you (the client), so depending on what you’re wanting to achieve, I will offer as much or as little support as you require. The work is done by you, the support and holding you accountable is all me.

What are your prices?

Each client and project has different requirements, budgets and timelines so the cost is dependant on several things.

The first step is to arrange a Discovery Call to discuss what exactly you are looking for. If we decide that working together is right for both of us, we will work on a scope of work (SOW) proposal and I’ll be able to give you cost before we get going.

All support comes with the option of paying in 2 or 3 equal instalments.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, ensuring my services are available to everyone is important to me. All support comes with the option of paying in 2 or 3 equal instalments.

Mentoring sessions are all priced at a flat rate. If you want to buy more than 1 session, there are bundles options available with discounts.

How do I book a free Discovery Call?

Complete the form on my contact page and choose ‘Book Discovery Call’ from the dropdown. You’ll be sent a link to book a call on a date and time that suits you.

How exactly do you help small businesses?

I offer a variety of eCommerce services to help clients looking different levels of support and guidance. I specialise in Shopify, Squarespace and Klaviyo. This covers but not limited to Website Design / Optimisation, Organic Search and Email Marketing. A lot of what clients are looking for often crosses over into a little bit of all of these.

I have a website but don’t know if it’s any good - can you help?

Absolutely. I do audits for a lot of clients, and this tends to be where our working relationship starts. Get in touch to book a Discovery Call.

We will then schedule a 60 minute 'Take Action’ Call and go through your website together. After our call, if you'd like to work with me on making changes to your site we can then discuss a plan of action, budgets and timelines. If you'd rather not work together after our call, then there's also no obligation to.

I want more people to find my brand in Google - can you help?

Yes definitely. I specialise in helping my clients optimise their website so that Google can read it properly and display it to customers searching for products or services like theirs.

The good news is there is almost always something we can amend or improve on a website that will make a positive impact to search results, so it's one of my favourite things to help clients with!

We can either work on a bespoke SEO plan for your website, or you can purchase the 'Visibility' package at a flat price.

How long does it take to update or build a new website?

I offer lots of different services and support for building and updating websites. The timescale will be dependant on what kind of support you're looking for. Generally I work to a 4 - 10 week timeline but we would discuss this once we start working together.
