Working directly with the founder, the goal was to optimise the ecommerce experience across both the website and the operations behind it; increasing basket size, improving engagement, and making the site work harder for the brand.

I introduced pre-order functionality to manage demand ahead of stock arriving, built in upsell opportunities to lift average order value, and developed a bespoke "Build Your Own" experience tailored to the brand. I also expanded customer review visibility across the site to build trust at key decision points, and overhauled the email campaign template designs.
