Project Objective
Migrate the POLOMI brand DTC website from Webflow to Shopify, to enable more flexibility for the team to manage the platform in-house and scale - a full Shopify build from the ground up, without losing the brand's premium image and tone of voice
The Approach
I managed the end-to-end migration from Webflow to Shopify, covering everything from theme discovery to a full theme build and operational set up. This included the launch of a pre-order functionality, transaction email setup, bespoke page templates, and basic custom-coded features built specifically around the brand's experience and customer journey.
The Results
A scalable, high-end ecommerce platform built to support the brand's growth and in-house management while elevating the overall customer journey - fully migrated with no disruption to the brand experience or organic channels.
