RIXO wanted to elevate their already existing Shopify Plus website to keep pace with their plans to scale worldwide, particularly the US, as well as launch their pre-loved rental platform in partnership with Hurr. The goal was to offer an improved premium user experience to mirror that of their new Kings Road flagship store, tighten up sales performance, and facilitate elements of the RIXO branding that helped tell their founders story and purpose.

I led end-to-end project management for the redesign, acting as the central point of contact between the external development agency and the internal team throughout. This covered coordinating the full theme build and rollout, launching a new blog and implementing improved SEO content and meta data.
